OUR GRAPES |

We harvest an average of 35 tons of grapes annually. |

For harvest maturity we monitor color and taste of skin, pips and juice in addition to regularly measuring Brix, TA and pH. We have years of experience and data on yields. We manage yields with early season crop estimation and cluster thinning. |

We grow 11 varieties of grapes commercially.
Our plantings are 75% red varieties
and 25% white varieties.
Reds: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc,
Chambourcin, Merlot, Syrah, Blaufrankisch,
Petit Verdot
Whites: Chardonnay, Viognier, Albarino,
Traminette |
